The training imparted to the personnel is both physical & theoretical in nature.
The Syllabus for the training is comprehensive & covers all possible training needs for the personnel in performing their respective functional duties.
At the end of the training, proper test is taken to assessthe aptitude of staff in the form of drill/ parade test & written test along with their score card to evaluate personnel for their successful in the training conducted.
Refresher/ on job training is carried out on regular weekly basis covering unit specific job requirements. Apartment from that, Customized/ Specialized training is also provided based on the special requirement of the client.
Candidates passing the training test after completion of mandatory training are segregated as per their aptitude under Industrial, Technology, Corporate, Hospitality (ITCH) category.
